Dr. Brian Miller received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Saskatchewan in 2000 followed by residency training at Dalhousie University in Halifax in Plastic Surgery.

At Dahousie, Dr. B. Miller received awards for excellence in clinical research from the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons (2003) and also the Atlantic Society of Plastic Surgeons (2003). He went on to complete a year of advanced training in Seattle. He has started in clinical practice in Kelowna recently and is rapidly developing a full range clinical practice.

The surgeons at the Okanagan Health Surgery Centre are the only Canadian Royal College Certified Plastic Surgeons in the Okanagan and Kootenay regions. All maintain full staff privileges at the Kelowna General Hospital and complement their cosmetic surgery practice with ongoing care of challenging cancer and injury related reconstructive problems.

As a partner in the Okanagan Plastic Surgery Centre, Dr. Miller dedicates a significant portion of his practice to Cosmetic Plastic Surgery and enjoys this aspect of his practice, working in an environment of clinical excellence and personalized patient care.
